প্রথমে আপনার মুখটি ভালোভাবে পরিষ্কার ও শুকিয়ে নিন। পরবর্তীতে, একটি অল্প পরিমাণ Azelaic Acid Suspension 10% নিয়ে মুখের ত্বকে লাগাবেন
এটি সম্পূর্ণ শোষিত হওয়া পর্যন্ত অপেক্ষা করুন। এরপর, আপনার ময়েশ্চারাইজার ব্যবহার করতে পারেন। এটি দিনে ১-২ বার ব্যবহারের জন্য উপযুক্ত, তবে ভালো ফলাফলের জন্য রাতে ব্যবহার করা শ্রেয়।
এছাড়া, এটি ব্যবহারের সময় সানস্ক্রিন ব্যবহার করা বাধ্যতা মুলক , কারণ Azelaic Acid ত্বককে সূর্যের আলতে সেন্সাটিভ করে ফেলে । প্রথম দিকে ত্বক যদি অতিরিক্ত সেন্সাটিভ বা জ্বালাপোড়ার অনুভূতি দেয়, তবে সপ্তাহে ২-৩ দিন ব্যবহার করে পরবর্তীতে আস্তে আস্তে প্রতিদিন ব্যাবহার করুন । ত্বক যদি অস্বস্তি বা প্রতিক্রিয়া দেখায়, ব্যবহারের পরিমাণ কমিয়ে দিন অথবা বন্ধ করে একজন ত্বক বিশেষজ্ঞের পরামর্শ নিন।
